Founder
Hi, I'm Paul Hubbs, and I created Areaview after experiencing the same frustration that many real estate investors face: spending countless hours jumping between different websites, spreadsheets, and databases just to get a complete picture of a potential investment.
As an active real estate investor, I found myself constantly switching between Zillow for property values, census websites for demographics, crime databases for safety data, and dozens of other sources. Each platform had pieces of the puzzle, but none gave me the comprehensive view I needed to make confident decisions.
After one particularly frustrating research session that took me six hours to analyze just three properties, I realized there had to be a better way.
