Accounts & Access
Anyone can browse the site, but you need a free account to post in the forum or save areas, and a paid subscription to unlock advanced data and generate reports.
You can sign up quickly using Clerk authentication with your email or social login.
Subscriptions & Billing
Yes. The free plan lets you access basic map features and join the forum.
Paid plans unlock more detailed data, monthly report credits (500 for Investor, 10,000 for Professional), and a forum badge.
You can manage your subscription anytime in your account settings under “Manage Subscription.”
Credits & Reports
Credits are used to generate neighborhood reports. Each report deducts a set number of credits from your balance.
Monthly credits from subscriptions (500 for Investor, 10,000 for Professional) are granted each billing cycle. Purchased credits may roll over — check the Terms of Service for details.

Forum & Messaging
Yes, any registered user can post, comment, and engage in discussions.
Yes. Posts that violate our community rules (spam, harassment, illegal activity) may be removed, and accounts may be restricted.
